About the Therapist

Hi! I'm Taylor, the sole practitioner of Taylor Pettey Massage Therapy my mobile massage and energy work practice established in 2026. After serving in AmeriCorps in 2020, I had educational grant money to put toward furthering my education which is when I decided to pursue a career in holistic bodywork. Healing science has been an interest of mine since I was little, and connecting intuitively with the body's energy has always come naturally. I love this work for its ability to reduce stress and relieve pain but the healing benefits of massage go far beyond restoring physical tissue. Massage therapy is a powerful tool, if used with mindfulness, to bring people deeper into the present moment and connect to their body by slowing down the mind and the breath. Each person holds the power of self healing and it is my goal with every client to provide a safe and relaxed environment for your nervous system to feel the security it needs to begin facilitating the process of restoring itself. This is where I find the true power of this art form to be and it is a passion and honor for me to be able to guide you in that space.

Every single body deserves the healing benefit of massage, and through my practice I strive to serve those who have historically experienced disparities in accessing these types of services. I aim to create an inclusive and affirming space for women, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities to receive the rest and care they deserve. I hope to see you on the table!

How Mobile Massage Works

WHAT IT ENTAILS

Booking a mobile massage means that all the luxuries of a spa experience will come straight to you! Everything needed for the session is already provided including the table, linens, towels, music, and aromas the works!

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM YOU

Nothing is required from you except the space in your home to set up. It could be any room as long as it offers privacy from other house members and has at least 9 x 7' of open space as well as at least one standard electrical outlet.

EXTRAS

If there are any personal touches you'd like to add to the room to optimize your own comfort and relaxation such as a favorite candle or pretty lights, feel free to do so.

Pets are welcome in the space if you have any fur babies and please also note that running water and a working restroom are necessary.

SCHEDULING

I will arrive at the time of your scheduled booking, and your session time will begin once you are on the table.

Please prepare to factor in an additional 30 45 minutes in order for setup/breakdown of the table and a short consultation for new clients.
