When you request an appointment, Taylor Pettey Massage Therapy collects your name, email, optional phone number, service location, appointment choices, and, for a first visit, your intake responses. These details are used to arrange and plan your massage appointment.
Booking and intake details are stored in the website’s shared database. Contact information and intake responses are encrypted before storage and are accessible through Taylor’s protected appointment dashboard. The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure.
Your browser may remember your text-size preference. Booking records are stored on the server, not in browser-only storage. An anonymous, hashed request limit is used to reduce automated booking abuse.
A request is not a confirmed appointment until Taylor approves it. New clients must submit intake before a request is ready for approval. Returning clients identify themselves without creating an account.
